Who we are
airfieldlighting.com is the pre-launch site of the global airfield ground lighting directory, operated by Airfield Lighting Com Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Questions or requests: hello@airfieldlighting.com.
What we collect
- Launch list signups: your name and email address.
- Company listing submissions: your contact name and email (never shown publicly), and the company details you provide for publication, such as company name, type, website, logo, locations and descriptions.
- Correspondence: emails you send us.
- Advertising measurement: this site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as your IP address and the pages you visit, so we can measure how our LinkedIn campaigns perform. LinkedIn processes this data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To let you know when airfieldlighting.com launches; to review and publish your company listing; to reply when you contact us; and to measure our advertising. We do not sell personal information, ever, and we never sell listing data.
Where it is stored
Personal information is held with reputable service providers we use to run the site, some of whom store data outside Australia.
Retention and deletion
Launch list details are kept until launch communications finish or you ask to be removed. Listing contact details are kept while the listing exists. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@airfieldlighting.com; we action requests promptly.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first at hello@airfieldlighting.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
